Green Bull is a proposed subdivision featuring 531 single-family homes on 179 acres. Originally approved in 2009 as Pristine Pointe for 400 homes, the site plan was later revised to accommodate 531 units. According to the applicant, this latest proposal adjusts the layout to reflect current product demand, incorporating lots of 40′, 50′, and 60′ width. There are also minor impacts to wetland buffers due to possible grading issues.
This community is proposed to be located directly west of Parrish Community High School. Access points will be off Erie Road and Martha Road.
