A new application has been submitted to build a restaurant, retail, or medical building in front of the Shoppes of Moccasin Wallow. This is on lots C5 and C6, which are located between the Express Oil and Gateway Commons Apartments that are both currently under construction.
Construction is slated to begin in 2025.
