Four warehouses, each measuring 50′ x 190′, are planned on Lot 5 of Buckeye Industrial Park. Total commercial space is 38,000 square feet. These will be standard metal buildings, but the front facade will incorporate a 7-feet high stucco exterior to meet the community restrictions.

The only business currently operating out of the business park is FedEx ground. This is right across Buckeye Road from the old Piney Point fertilizer plant property near SeaPort Manatee.
